Red Bank Chocolate Shoppe born from owner's rebellious sweet tooth

RED BANK - When Amy Berry Healy was starting the Red Bank Chocolate Shoppe, she was apprehensive about opening her business with little managerial experience at a young age.

“I had worked retail before and had done so around candy, but this was much more responsibility than I had anticipated,” Berry Healy said. “I was doing more than just making the candy, so everything else was a new, learning experience for me.”

Between the having a limited staff to working ungodly hours during the week to doing it all without any type of business training, Berry Healy had a rough road ahead of her, but she pushed through
